The Secret Life of a Stacker
Hoarding stuff, skills, or success? That's good, you will relate.
Iβm currently overwhelmed right now.
And I paused because I needed to write this newsletter. Before the magic escapes me.
If youβre a stacker like me, you are overwhelmed on a daily basis.
With the courses you never opened.
Unopened books you feel will help you go to the next level.
And maybe even half-baked projects (or businesses) that you have started.
Ugh, this was the overwhelm that I used to get myself into β overwhelm on the INPUT side of thingsβ¦
The things I acquire, buy, and accumulateβ¦and apparently, NEVER use.
You know these very well too, I suppose.
Today, I have a good kind of overwhelm.
It sits on the opposite side of the Input-Driven Overwhelm.
Itβs being overwhelmed by the OUTPUT side of things. OUTPUTS that have resulted from my selected few INPUTs in the past couple of months.
Iβve barely been online.
Between beach trips, long drives, and my kidβs summer chaos, Iβve been in soft-mode.
And yet⦠opportunities keep flowing in.
(Warning: Win stack incoming, but itβs important to prove a point!)
β I had my first-ever webbie-workshop with Mailmodo last Tuesday and it was a success.
β A SaaS founder who joined the webinar reached out after with kind words and interesting possibilities.
β One tiny webinar invite email to our 100-person list? An old lead replied, interested to work together.
β I added a quiet little affiliate link to Gamma (the presentation software that created the slides for me from the text I wrote and pasted). Added it as a PS to my Facebook webinar announcement post. 18 signups. 3,600 credits!
β
And now Iβve got 3 new DMs βpartnership opps, possible clients, real conversations I actually want to have. (1 scheduled)
All from one event.
One stone.
Five birds.
Webinar β Founder offered free app upgrade β Possible DC β Gamma credits β Inbound leads on LinkedIn
And Iβm telling you this not to flexβbut to flag something important:
Alignment x Strategy x Showing Up
Deadly combo that gets you exactly what you want.
Even on days where my energyβs tapped.
Even when Iβm not βonβ every single day.
This isnβt about being everywhere or saying yes to everything.
Itβs about showing up in a way that fits.
With offers that feel like me.
Messaging and posting that mirrors my actual rhythm.
And tools that multiply the work I do put out there.
Sooo how did I end up here?
Letβs trace back to my 2024 thought process.
How I wanted my 2025 ME to look like
Around this time last year, I asked myself one simple question:
βHow can I get paid doing the things I actually love to do?β
To answer that, I had to get honest.
Iβm not just a freelancer. Not just an agency partner. Not just a mom.
Iβm all of those thingsβand I like it that way.
So I went into Adventure Mode, (because βjuggling chaos modeβ didnβt sound as inspiring lol).
I wanted to
write for myself.
serve and consult a few clients
mother, wife, sexy hard.
And I wanted to see if I could design a business around that.
So I did my research.
It turns out there are already successful people, living the lifestyle I want.
But none have the life that I have, so I got the pieces I resonated from my faves and built my own:
I want to write and think like JK Molina.
Promote products like Tamilore Oladipo.
Attract opportunities through a newsletter like Katelyn Bourgoin.
Build and launch with CaaSocio like Erica Schneider.
Live slower, like Allan Ngo.
And still be known as a serious SaaS lifecycle strategistβlike, wellβ¦ me. I love this part of me. I value skills, expertise, and deep problem solving.
It sounds messy, and mentors have been telling me to do less lovinglyβno offense to them, I still value and admire themβbut THIS is how I thrive.
This is how I want to be. This is how I feel so alive. 2025 was the year when I felt like I traveled back to ME!
I took the pieces I admired. I reshaped them to fit.
And little by little, it started working.
The stone I chose
Once I saw the birds, the question became simple:
Whatβs the one stone I can throw that hits all of them?
For me, it was to become a B2B Creator, just like most of the people on my list above:
β LinkedIn to build demand
β A newsletter to build leverage
β A community to support and win with me
β An expertise so people pay you to just talk, write, and create
I didnβt need to be louder this time. Just clearer.
And when I picked the right stone, everything started stackingβ¦and falling into my lap.
So whatβs the secret?
Hereβs what fellow Stackers keep to ourselves:
We feel guilty for doing too much.
Then we feel guilty for not doing enough.
So we hover in betweenβstarting, stopping, second-guessing.
But stacking isnβt the problem.
Scattered stacking is.
The goal isnβt to narrow yourself down to one thing.
Itβs to pick the right few that move you furtherβtogether.
To throw 1 stone that hits 5 birds.
To listen to God (through your thoughts) AS you listen to mentors.
To create systems and businesses that let your many selves coexist, not compete.
Because momentum doesnβt come from doing less.
It comes from doing aligned, fun side quest missions.
So if youβre like meβmulti-passionate, occasionally chaotic, often mentally tired from suppressing yourself to NOT do thingsβthis is your reminder:
You donβt have to choose one thing.
You just have to choose a few that fits you (and your next version).
Start there. And let the abundance follow.
P.S. Ready to throw your stone?
Iβm something for the Stackers:
β¨ The Remix Map β¨
(Or a Triple Threat Decoder)
Itβs a lightweight digital guide that helps multipassionates figure out what the heck to offer, create, or build.
Whether you're launching offers, content, or tiny side questsβthis tool shows you how to remix what you already have into a system that sparks movement.
No overwhelm. No burnout. Just one aligned stone, 5βor moreβbirds.
Perfect for creators, freelancers, and slow builders who want more momentumβwith less mess and inputs. :)
Youβll be the first to get it when it drops.
