But first, let me intro myself.
Hey, Iβm Aiza. π
Iβm a lifecycle strategist for B2B brands and a content therapist for freelancers.
I've been "borrowing" tactics from my SaaS onboarding playbook to achieve my personal goals β it worked.
I applied it to my Yearly Planning, and shared it with busy freelancers, and they have been telling me how theyβre using it for 2 years now β it also worked.
I also injected some ideas into our course & community development. We have collectively welcomed 400+ happy students so far, with the top 3% buying our higher-tiered programs again and again β so yes, it worked.
It's amazing how the principles of product adoption are so similar to habit formation, course development, and everything really (I use the same tricks on my 7-year old and husband lol).
I'm kinda restless I've got nobody to geek out with when it comes to this non-obvious connection that I see.
So I started this newsletter!
To document how I capitalize on everyday glimmers to fuel my ambitions, and hereβs what happened so far:
β¦ I got semi-consistent on LinkedIn I was named Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn 2025
β¦ Co-founded a SaaS copy & content agency, CaaSocio, in the middle of the pandemic with a fellow momma and managed to sustain it for 5 years (and counting!)
β¦ Launched B2B content, marketing, and sales courses for freelancers and have mentored 400+ Pinoy marketers so far β all without ads
β¦ Got featured as a Lifecycle Marketer on Medium, Mailmodo, and IndieHackers.
β¦ Coined the term βGlimmer writingβ and inspired fellow freelancers to start being visible on LinkedIn
Thereβs more and more to come!
I live for joy.
I hate sturdy structures.
I love making things happen.
So a glimmer-triggered method for building my momentum is my kind of play. This makes my work feel like a playful obsession that funds my responsibilities, dreams, and pleasures, too.
But itβs not only me.
Fellow creators, founders, and fun SaaS companies use this concept to ethically drive their agenda too. And thatβs what youβre getting from every dispatch of this newsletter.
Canβt wait,
Aiza
